“Connecting strategy, people and purpose to create meaningful organizational and social impact.”

And strategic vision into measurable impact.
Majed AlDubaikel is a Saudi executive, CEO, marketing and communications strategist, and social entrepreneur with more than 18 years of professional experience.
His career spans corporate organizations, government entities, public-sector transformation programs, social-impact organizations, and community-focused initiatives — operating at the intersection of strategy, communications, leadership, stakeholder engagement, organizational transformation, brand reputation, public relations, marketing, and social impact.
His journey has taken him from major Saudi organizations such as SABIC and Saudi Aramco to national transformation initiatives, government communications, corporate affairs, and ultimately executive leadership as CEO of Shabab Mujtamaie.
Today, he focuses on strengthening youth and community development through strategic programs, partnerships, engagement initiatives, and platforms designed to create meaningful opportunities for young people.
“Leadership should create direction, build trust,
empower people, and leave a lasting positive impact.Leadership philosophy
Majed believes effective leadership is not measured solely by titles, organizational size, or short-term results. It is measured by the ability to create clarity when circumstances are complex, inspire people when direction is uncertain, and bring people together around a shared purpose.
Organizations perform at their best when people understand why their work matters.
Sustainable success depends on empowering people, developing talent, and creating environments where individuals can contribute their best.
Strong institutions are built through credibility, transparency, consistency, and meaningful relationships.
The most effective leaders connect strategy with people, organizations with communities, and ambition with execution.
Success should extend beyond organizational performance. It should create value for stakeholders and contribute positively to society.
His work with Shabab Mujtamaie reflects a belief that young people should not simply be viewed as beneficiaries of development initiatives.
They should be viewed as partners, contributors, creators, leaders, and builders of the future. As a Board Member at Education For Employment in Saudi, Majed contributes beyond day-to-day management and participates in a broader governance environment.
For Majed, executive leadership means creating the conditions for people and organizations to succeed.
